KPFK's Harrison Covers The Election

PACIFICA Variety KPFK/LOS ANGELES afternoon host CARY HARRISON will take his show out of the studio TODAY and to WEST HOLLYWOOD's polling station at 1000 King's Road Park to, as he puts it, "gather the fulminates and fusillades from the generally immoderate electorate as they grunt and wobble out of the polling center."  

Listeners can also go to HARRISON's website at GOHARRISON.COM to print out a one-sheet voting guide to the CALIFORNIA ballot for progressives.  The show airs live 3-4p (PT) on KPFK and FM translators in SAN DIEGO, SANTA BARBARA, and RIDGECREST.

Then, 6-8p (PT) nationally and 9p-midnight (PT) in CALIFORNIA only, HARRISON will join former AIR AMERICA RADIO host DAVID BENDER for live election coverage on PACIFICA RADIO.  Among scheduled guests will be GORE VIDAL, ED BEGLEY, JR, ED ASNER, ROBERT F.
