CBS RADIO Oldies KXKL (KOOL 105)/DENVER parts ways with the "KOOL MORNING KREW," meaning JJ McKAY, RICK 'COACH' MARSHALL, News Dir. STEVE ALEXANDER and Prod. NICK TOENJES have all been released.
What's next for mornings on KOOL? Well, all we know is that sister Hot AC WWMX (MIX 106-5)/BALTIMORE "KENNY AND JO JO" morning co-host KENNY CAMPBELL will be part of it. VP/Programming KEITH ABRAMS is in search of the rest of the show. There are two on-air opportunities; one for a "host/quarterback" role in the show and the other for a co-host/traffic reporter position. The morning show producer gig is also up for grabs. If you are interested in any of the openings, email keith.abrams@cbsradio.com. Snail mail all audio packages to KEITH at KOOL 105, 1560 Broadway, Suite 1100, DENVER, CO 80202.
