DWIGHT BIBBS, a former promotion executive with WARNER BROTHERS RECORDS based in LOS ANGELES, suffered a massive stroke during the URBAN NETWORK CONFERENCE in PALM SPRINGS this past weekend. The 43-year old underwent surgery and his condition has been updated from critical to stable, according to hospital officials.
