Pirate FM RADIO FREE BRATTLEBORO has lost its court battle against the FCC, as a federal judge granted the FCC summary judgement and ruled that the VERMONT station, which left the air after raids by the Commission's agents in JUNE 2003, cannot broadcast without a license, according to the RUTLAND HERALD. Another local group, BRATTLEBORO COMMUNITY RADIO, won an LPFM license and is scheduled to launch this SPRING.
