WFTL's Joyce Kaufman Named Congressman's Chief Of Staff

Veteran JAMES CRYSTAL RADIO Talk WFTL-A/FORT LAUDERDALE-WEST PALM BEACH afternoon host JOYCE KAUFMAN is exiting the station to join the staff of freshman Congressman ALLEN WEST (R-FL) as Chief of Staff, reports the PALM BEACH POST's JOSE LAMBIET. KAUFMAN's last day at WFTL will be FRIDAY (11/12).

"Her 20 years of experience on the political scene in SOUTH FLORIDA (always as a radio host) will give me helpful insights and perspective," WEST told LAMBIET. "As chief of staff, she'll be my right-hand person."
