Principle Buys KSJO/San Jose

ALOHA STATION TRUST has found a buyer for Alternative KSJO (CHANNEL 92.3)/SAN JOSE, selling the CLEAR CHANNEL spinoff to PRINCIPLE BROADCASTING subsidiary UNIVERSAL MEDIA ACCESS-KSJO-FM for an as-yet-undisclosed price. 

PRINCIPLE also owns Brokered Ethnic KLOK-A and Spanish Variety KCNL (iFM) in the market; it purchased KCNL from the ALOHA TRUST earlier this year. 

MEDIA VENTURES PARTNERS, LLC represented ALOHA STATION TRUST, LLC in the deal.
