Proposes $25K Fine
The FCC has proposed fining DANIEL D. SMITH $25,000 for violations at his Spanish KANR (FIESTA 92.7)/BELLE PLAINE-WICHITA, KS and the antenna structure at the station.
The violations include failure to maintain an operational EAS and public file as well as tower painting and lighting violations.
