FCC Sets Meetings To Review Environmental Impact Of Antenna Registration Program

The FCC has set three meetings reviewing its Antenna Structure Registration program pursuant to its obligations under the National Environmental Policy Act.  The "Programmatic Environmental Assessment" will evaluate the environmental effects of the ASR program, and will consider alternatives and the need for an Environmental Impact Statement.

The meetings are scheduled for DECEMBER 6th at FCC headquarters in WASHINGTON, DECEMBER 13th at the CIVIC CENTER in CHULA VISTA, CA, and on DECEMBER 15th at the JOHN F. GERMANY PUBLIC LIBRARY in TAMPA.  In addition, written comments may be filed on or before JANUARY 14th.
