PROVIDENT BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. is selling Contemporary Christian WVFJ-F (J93.3)/GREENVILLE-ATLANTA, GA to RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. for $4 million.
In another deal filed with the FCC, LINCOLN FINANCIAL MEDIA COMPANY OF COLORADO is buying FM translator K276FK/PINECLIFFE, CO from VIC MICHAEL's MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY TRANSLATORS, LLC for $375,000. The translator is being moved to LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, from where it will reach a significant portion of the DENVER market, and is listed as planning to rebroadcast the buyer's Country KYGO/DENVER, which rebroadcasts sister Oldies KRWZ (CRUISIN' OLDIES 950) on its HD-2 channel.
OREGON PUBLIC BROADCASTING is swapping the construction permit for KQDL/HINES, OR to CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. and $3,000 for FM translator K252DL/WALTON, OR.
