The paperwork filed with the FCC for the ALOHA STATION TRUST's sale of Alternative KSJO (CHANNEL 92.3)/SAN JOSE to PRINCIPLE BROADCASTING subsidiary UNIVERSAL MEDIA ACCESS-KSJO-FM reveals the price for the station as $9.25 million.  The price for the CLEAR CHANNEL spinoff was previously undisclosed.

In another deal filed with the Commission, TREEHOUSE ONE, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM at SNOWFLAKE, AZ to ADVANCE MINISTRIES, INC. d/b/a NEW LIFE CHRISTIAN SCHOOL for $1,000.

GABRIEL COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY-ST. CLOUD is assigning Contemporary Christian KKJM (SPIRIT 92.9)/ST. JOSEPH, MN to GABRIEL MEDIA in a move that transfers the station from a for-profit entity to a non-profit operation under common management.

And MIDDLE TENNESSEE STATE UNIVERSITY has asked the FCC for a Silent STA for FM translator W223BE/BLUHMTOWN, TN due to the collapse of the antenna's support structure.
