Condolences to family and friends of longtime FORT SMITH, AR radio and TV personality POLLY CREWS, who died SUNDAY in FORT SMITH at 76. CREWS hosted shows on KFSA-A and NBC affiliate KPOM-TV and served on the ARKANSAS State Parks, Recreation and Tourism Commission.
