Arbitron Pays Dividend

Pay The Man

ARBITRON has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 (10 cents) per common share ($0.40 per share on an annualized basis). The dividend will be paid on or about JANUARY 3rd, 2011 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on DECEMBER 15th, 2010.

As of OCTOBER 31st, 2010, there were approximately 26,939,800 shares outstanding.
