ENTERCOM/ROCHESTER, NY brings BOB BARNETT back to ROCHESTER as OM of their four FM and one AM radio stations, effective NOVEMBER 29th. BARNETT returns to ROCHESTER by way of MIAMI, where he most recently managed BEASLEY Country WKIS/MIAMI.
