Country WRSF (DIXIE 105.7)/ELIZABETH CITY/NAGS HEAD, NC OM/PD/MD TOM CHARITY recently turned over the PD reins to morning host RAY "TOTO" TURNER. CHARITY will concentrate on his OM duties and will continue as the stations MD.
