CUMULUS MEDIA has appointed BOB VISOTCKY Market Manager for CALIFORNIA's Central Coast, which includes six stations in OXNARD/VENTURA and SANTA BARBARA. VISOTCKY has previously held managerial positions in LOS ANGELES, SAN FRANCISCO, SAN DIEGO, CLEVELAND and DENVER.
