RAMS II is swapping the construction permit for a new AM at MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, AL to ALLAN G, STROH for FM translator W274BI/CULLMAN, AL.

LAKE CUMBERLAND BROADCASTERS' Country WJKY-A and Country WJRS (LAKER COUNTRY 104.9)/JAMESTOWN, KY are being transferred to LAKE CUMBERLAND BROADCASTERS, LLC, owned by JEFFREY H. HOOVER, for $105,000.  JEFFREY HOOVER is the son of the late MAE HOOVER, owner of the seller, and is paying his siblings JENNIFER H. CROSS and JOSEPH K. HOOVER, MAE HOOVER's executors, for the stations.

CHARLES A. HECHT and ALFREDO ALONSO are selling the construction permit for WVNC-A/MASONBORO, NC to HILDA C. GALLANT and PAUL SALAS for $1.  The CP was scheduled to expire SUNDAY (11/21) but the sale opens the door for an 18 month extension to build.

SCHOOL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL is donating the construction permit for KCBG/BROADUS, MT to AMERICAN EDUCATION FOUNDATION, INC.

AMIGOS MINISTRY is transferring low power FM KAMG-LP/ENID, OK to MARANATHA RADIO CORPORATION for no consideration.
