Kenny Chesney Sells Out Foxboro In 8 Minutes, Headed To New Meadowlands Stadium

BNA/NASHVILLE star KENNY CHESNEY sold out tickets for the GILLETTE STADIUM show in FOXBORO, MA on AUGUST 27th in just eight minutes. The tickets went on sale SATURDAY (11/13) at 10a (ET) and were gone eight minutes later.

CHESNEY said: “I can't wait to feel the energy of FOXBORO again!! I missed it this year, I really did! The love affair I share with the fans in NEW ENGLAND is like no other and that has been built over the years! I can't wait to see their faces and spend an evening with them next summer! It’s gonna feel like coming home.”

CHESNEY has sold close to 60,000 tickets at GILLETTE STADIUM in each of his past five performances.

In other CHESNEY news, he will make a AUGUST 13th tour stop in NEW JERSEY at the NEW MEADOWLANDS STADIUM on his “Goin’ Coastal Tour.” The show goes on sale DECEMBER 11th and makes CHESNEY’s first ever stadium show in the tri-state area.

CHESNEY will join ZAC BROWN BAND, BILLY CURRINGTON and UNCLE KRACKER for what is being billed as the “MEADOWLANDS COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL.” The show will be the first major concert at the NEW MEADOWLANDS.
