  WLRI-LP Going Dark
  
  On a light day for FCC filings, OCTAVE COMMUNICATIONS ASSOCIATION has asked the Commission for a Silent STA for low-power FM WLRI-LP/GAP, PA.
  OCTAVE said that "in an effort to prevent radio station WLRI-LP ... from the potential of collapse," it needs time to review its finances. The licensee says it will remain silent until CHRISTMAS.
