Vanessa Feltz Takes Early Morning Slot On BBC Radio 2

AC BBC RADIO 2 has confirmed widespread speculation that BBC LONDON 94.9 midday host VANESSA FELTZ will add duties as early breakfast host on RADIO 2, starting in JANUARY.

FELTZ, a former television talk show host known for her appearance on "CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER," will take over the slot being vacated by longtime "DAWN PATROL" host SARAH KENNEDY in JANUARY.  She will also serve as regular fill-in for JEREMY VINE's midday show while continuing with her local LONDON show.

RADIO 2 has also announced its CHRISTMAS holiday plans, including "KENNY EVERETT'S CHRISTMAS SELECTION BOX," a CHRISTMAS Day show recompiling some of the legendary radio personality's classic bits 15 years after his passing and 66 years to the day after his birth.  The show will be hosted by PAUL GAMBACCINI and produced by HOWLETT MEDIA.
