WRHI/Rock Hill, NC's Jerry Peterson Passes

Condolences to family and friends of OUR THREE SONS BROADCASTING Talk WRHI-A-W232AX/ROCK HILL, SC morning co-host and meteorologist and former WSOC-TV/CHARLOTTE weatherman JERRY PETERSON, who died FRIDAY in ROCK HILL at 76.

PETERSON, who was active until just before his passing, started as a sportscaster at KFDI-TV/WICHITA FALLS, TX and later worked at TV stations in several markets, including WGN-TV/CHICAGO, before joining WSOC in 1976, where he worked for ten years.
