WFRE "Toys For Tots" A Major Success

CLEAR CHANNEL Country WFRE/FREDERICK, MD PD/afternoon star JESS WRIGHT told ALL ACCESS that she and her staff spent 14 hours in a WALMART parking lot on BLACK FRIDAY (11/26), starting at 5a (ET), filling a 28-foot trailer with new toys for local kids through the U.S. MARINE CORPS’ ‘’TOYS FOR TOTS,’’ program.

JESS said that the station was aided by the U.S. MARINE CORPS RESERVE and their L.A.V., which kids could climb through and over.

The trailer full of toys is in addition to the 160 bikes which were bought after WFRE’s “BIKES FOR TYKES,” motorcycle ride last month.
