Greg & The Morning Buzz Raise Over $60K To Feed The Needy

The "GREG and The Morning Buzz" show, currently heard on CLEAR CHANNEL Active Rock WGIR/MANCHESTER, NH and Rock WHEB/PORTSMOUTH, NH held its 20th annual "Lend a Helping Can" Radiothon recently, raising over $60,000 to help feed the less fortunate in NEW HAMPSHIRE.

"It's hard to believe we've been at it for 20 years!" host GREG KRETSCHMAR said. "It originally started as a canned food drive, and evolved into a fundraiser to help better serve the needs of the 11 agencies we assist."

"Every year we have a great lineup of guests, and this year was no exception!" co-host ANDY BLACKSMITH added. "We had everyone from our friends TOM BERGERON, AARON LEWIS (STAIND), BRENT SMITH (SHINEDOWN) and SULLY ERNA (GODSMACK) to VINCE NEIL, BUCKCHERRY, CHAD SMITH (CHICKENFOOT, RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS) and lots more! It was a crazy but gratifying two days!"
