THE 12TH ANNUAL A HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS, a special to be broadcast DECEMBER 22nd at 8p (ET) on CBS-TV, will include a performance by VALORY MUSIC CO. artist JIMMY WAYNE. MELISSA ETHERIDGE, MAROON 5, RICKY MARTIN, NELLY and KATY PERRY will also perform. The hosts of "The Talk," JULIE CHEN, SARA GILBERT, SHARON OSBOURNE, HOLLY ROBINSON PEETE, LEAH REMINI and MARISSA JARET WINOKUR, as well as actress MIRA SORVINO will be presenters.

The special will feature stories about foster care adoption to raise awareness for the social issue. The special is presented in association with the DAVE THOMAS FOUNDATION FOR ADOPTION and the CHILDREN'S ACTION NETWORK.
