HISPANIC TARGET MEDIA INC. is selling KAJP/CARRIZO SPRINGS, TX to SUPER RADIO, INC. for $290,000. SUPER MEDIOS DE COAHUILA, S.A. DE C.V., a Mexican company, is stockholder and its MARTIN VALDES is President and Secretary and holds 20% of the votes in the licensee.
In other deals filed with the FCC, JAMES S. BUMPOUS d/b/a BIG BEND BROADCASTING is selling FM translator K236AY/WESTLAKE HILLS, TX (AUSTIN) to AMERICAN TELECOMMUNICATIONS GROUP, INC. for $250,000.
HARVEST CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP, INC. is donating the construction permit for a new noncommercial FM in UNION SPRINGS, AL to EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC.
And LIBERTY UNIVERSITY, INC. is selling FM translator W298AZ/SOUTH HILL, VA to LAKES MEDIA LLC for $30,250. The buyer will use the translator to rebroadcast its Religion WSHV-A (HALLELUJAH 1370)/SOUTH HILL.
