13 MANAGEMENT, the management company for BIG MACHINE artist TAYLOR SWIFT, has tapped radio veteran FRANK BELL in the position of “Dir./Radio and Research,” which is a brand new position.

BELL will manage radio outreach and develop marketing research initiatives for the company. BELL left KEYMARKET COMMUNICATIONS in OCTOBER, after 10 years as VP/Programming for the company’s 14 stations in OHIO and PENNSYLVANIA. He will be re-locating to MUSIC CITY after the first of 2011.
