WOBM Radiothon Raises $31,001 For Children's Hospital

ALL ACCESS sends congratulations out to the staff of MILLENNIUM AC WOBM/MONMOUTH-OCEAN, NJ on raising $35,001 in SHAWN & SUE's HEART FULL OF HOPE RADIOTHON."

The two-day fundraiser was held from 5a to 8p on THURSDAY (12/2) and FRIDAY (12/3) at the OCEAN COUNTY MALL and will benefit the CHILDREN's SPECIALIZED HOSPITAL FOUNDATION to raise funds for the renovation of a new outpatient center in TOM's RIVER.

According to SHAWN and SUE, "It was a total TEAM effort! We love our team! So many smiles...for all the kids! We loved every second of it! Thank you to everyone involved!"

PHILIP SALERNO III, President & Chief of CHILDREN's SPECIALIZED HOSPITAL FOUNDATION added, "We are overwhelmed by the generosity of the WOBM listeners and the guests at the OCEAN COUNTY MALL. It was an incredible pleasure to create SHAWN and SUE's HEARTFUL OF HOPE RADIOTHON with our partners. Everyone had a singular focus: how can we best help children with special needs? The awareness of the hospital generated by SHAWN and SUE, the money raised to help us open our new outpatient center means so much to all of here at CHILDREN's SPECIALIZED."
