SUPERIOR BROADCASTING OF DENVER, LLC is selling Classic Hits KBTB (THE VALLEY)/VAIL, CO to VAIL RADIO PARTNERS, LLC for $1.15 million.

In other deals filed with the FCC, OCALA BROADCASTING CORPORATION, LLC is selling WLQH-A/CHIEFLAND, FL to JOHN ELLIOTT's SUNCOAST RADIO, INC. for $40,000.  The station recently flipped to a simulcast of the buyer's Adult Standards WZCC-A/CROSS CITY, FL.

CENTRO PALEBRA DE FE CHURCH is selling the construction permits for KZAV/AVENAL, CA and new FMs at ROCK CREEK and MILLERS RANCH, CA to CHRISTIAN FAITH CENTER OF THE VALLEY for $1 per station.

HORIZON CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP is asking the FCC for extensions of its Silent STAs for FM translators K238AZ/ODESSA, TX; K277BB/PLAINVIEW, TX; K207EB/REDFIELD, SD; K252DT/SENECA, KS; K248AR/STANTON, TX; and K295AM/TRENTON, MO, again citing its process of "dismantling its network of FM stations and translators," the ongoing sale of the stations, and "inadequate financial resources."

L.M. COMMUNICATIONS OF KENTUCKY, LLC has requested an extension of its silent STA for WMON-A/MONTGOMERY, WV "due to economic hardship."

In closings filed with the FCC, 1 A CHORD, INC. has closed on the sale of the construction permit for noncommercial KPKN/PITKIN, CO to VIC MICHAEL's CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. for $12,000; IGLESIA MISIONERA PREGONEROS DE JUSTICIA DE FLORIDA, INC. has closed on the sale of the construction permit for WPDJ/TRAILTOWN, FL to IGLESIA GENESARET-PREGONEROS DE JUSTICIA, INC. for $1; and RADIO DISNEY has closed on the sale of KALY-A/ALBUQUERQUE to the nonprofit JENNIFER SMART FOUNDATION for $125,000.
