FCC Fines Louisiana AM For Late License Renewal Application

VICTORY & POWER MINISTRIES has been fined $7,000 for a late license renewal application and subsequent unauthorized operation of Religion WPFC-A/BATON ROUGE, LA.

The Commission rejected the licensee's request for reduction or cancellation of the fine due to financial hardship, saying that the licensee's gross revenues exceed the level that would justify a reduction.
