The PHILADELPHIA DAILY NEWS' DAN GROSS reports that MARCONI BROADCASTING CO. has put Adult Standards WHAT-A/PHILADELPHIA up for same, with an asking price of $850,000. GROSS reports that he has been told that if the company cannot find a buyer for the station, it will shut down early next year.
MARCONI bought WHAT from INNER CITY BROADCASTING CORP. for $5 million in 2006.
