THE RAIN BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Country WVVI-F/CHRISTIANSTED, ST CROIX, VI to AMANDA FRIEDMAN's RWAVE, LLC for payment of $610,021.04 of the seller's debts.  The buyer has been operating the station under an LMA since JANUARY 4th.

In another deal filed with the FCC, CRYSTAL GARDENS, INC. is transferring low power FM WDSG-LP/SANFORD, NC to PRH MINISTRIES, INC.  The transfer follows a legal dispute over the management of CRYSTAL GARDENS, leaving problems with the company's legal status.  Two individuals who were among the parties fighting for control of the transferor are principals in the transferee.

And SIERRA RADIO, INC. has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for KVXX/QUINCY, CA while its application to move the station to MAGALIA, CA pends.
