The STOP-26 RIVERBEND stations in COLUMBUS and YOUNGSTOWN are in bankruptcy, and GENERAL CAPITAL PARTNERS and JOHN PIERCE AND CO. have been hired to refinance or sell the properties on behalf of the licensee under order of the bankruptcy court. STOP-26 filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in JULY.
