Dave Ramsey To Air Live Middays As Part Of New KFWB Schedule

CBS RADIO KFWB-A/LOS ANGELES will broadcast DAVE RAMSEY live from 11a-2p as part of a new lineup launching on MONDAY, JANUARY 3, 2011. Additionally, consumer guru BOB MCCORMICK and life coach LES BROWN will also be featured on the station from 9-11a and 2-4p, respectively, it was announced today by CBS RADIO/LOS ANGELES SVP/Market Mgr. STEVE CARVER.

"I’m very excited about this new schedule on many levels," said CARVER. "Airing DAVE RAMSEY’s program entirely live will give SOUTHERN CALIFORNIANS a much bigger opportunity to call into the show. And like DAVE, BOB MCCORMICK and LES BROWN are all about helping people live better lives with information many people are seeking out in today’s challenging times."

MCCORMICK will host "Money 101," featuring content from THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, a two-hour personal finance program.

Locally produced news coverage rounds out KFWB's weekday schedule with PENNY GRIEGO and PHIL HULETT in mornings (6-9a) and MAGGIE MCKAY and MICHAEL SHAPPEE in afternoons (4-7p).
