Robin Quivers Gets A New Deal

HOWARD STERN's sidekicks, ROBIN QUIVERS and FRED NORRIS will both stay with THE KING OF ALL MEDIA through his new five year contract with SIRIUS XM, reports EXAMINER.COM.

STERN inked a new five-year deal with SIRIUS XM RADIO earlier this month (NET NEWS 12/9). The deal followed widespread speculation about STERN's future as his previous five-year contract neared expiration at the end of the deal. STERN gave no details about changes to his broadcast schedule and at the time said that deals for the rest of his cast have not yet been signed, although he expected them to return.

QUIVERS made her deal public, saying "I have decided ... after a long and very wonderful association with this show for almost thirty years ... that it's time ... It is my decision ... to go out ... after this next five years!"

NORRIS chimed in, "After long consideration, after [NORRIS' agent] DON called me, it took me about two seconds to say yes. This is the greatest show on Earth."

Producer GARY DELL'ABATE is expected to sign a new deal, but that has yet to be announced.
