WSDD Changes Its Sound To 'GenX'

Now In St. Louis

CLEAR CHANNEL Hot AC WSDD (THE SOUND)/ST. LOUIS has changed its sound to "GENX RADIO," with a playlist that features Adult Hits in the Pop and Alternative vein. JEFF MCHUGH remains the PD. 

"GENX RADIO is an extremely popular format that has proven itself in several other markets, and we’re bringing it to WSDD with some local ST. LOUIS flavor," CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO/ST. LOUIS Pres./Market Manager BETH DAVIS said. "Listeners of GENX RADIO should expect to be transported back to the '80s and '90s when they tune into the new, unique WSDD, and we are confident that local audiences will love this innovative format."
