EQUINOX BROADCASTING Oldies WCDW (COOL 100) and AC WRRQ (Q106.7)/BINGHAMTON, NY, has promoted HEATHER BLACK to Promotions Director of both stations. She takes over for JUSTIN CASE, who left to further his education.
HEATHER will continue her on-air work as midday host on Q106.7 and afternoons on COOL 100.
