Report: Quad Cities Pirate Doing It Out In The Open

QUAD-CITIES ONLINE reporter RITA PEARSON has posted an interesting article about a local pirate broadcaster, JASON DUNCAN, who is openly broadcasting his station, POWER HITS 103.3 FM, under what he says is protection of the FCC's Code of Federal Regulations, Title 47, Section 3542, which grants an emergency license to unlicensed broadcasters during times of national emergency or war.
