WKSI's 'Change' You Can Believe In ... For The United Way

Dimes add up

CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WKSI/WINCHESTER, VA raised just under $3,000 for the UNITED WAY with their "Dimes Worth of a Difference" promotion, a two-month program within local schools to raise awareness and the importance of charity.  Funds were raised via coin containers at the schools, as well as through the proceeds of special events.

WKSI PD DC tells ALL ACCESS, "It was great to see student leaders take charge of this event and see the creative ways each school raised money." 

The schools that collected the most money won a dance party hosted by 98.3 KISS-FM.  Check out the totals here.
