WCEN Helps St. Jude From The Holidays On Through The New Year

The Moose Just Keeps On Giving

NEXTMEDIA Country WCEN (94.5 THE MOOSE)/SAGINAW is hosting "Rude for ST. JUDE," a comedy night at local establishment BIG D's on SUNDAY, JANUARY 23rd. The event features comedian SAL DEMILIO and the $10 ticket goes to benefit ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL.

Prior to the comedy, BIG D's will also host a spaghetti dinner donating those proceeds to ST. JUDE as well. THE MOOSE'S 8th COUNTRY CARES FOR ST. JUDE KIDS radiothon will be held FEBRUARY 10th & 11th.

Concurrently, just prior to the holidays, NEXTMEDIA/SAGINAW stations (Country WCEN, Hot AC WGER, News/Talk combo WSGW-A/F and Urban AC WTLZ) conducted its fifth annual HOPE AND CARE RADIOTHON, raising $46,995.

The 12-hour broadcast on all five radio stations provided a financial boost for the RESCUE MINISTRIES OF MID-MICHIGAN, which include CITY RESCUE MISSION in SAGINAW and GOOD SAMARITAN in BAY CITY.
