SHANNON J. CUMMINGS is selling Samoan-Polynesian WVUV-F (V103)/FAGAITUA, AMERICAN SAMOA to LARRY FUSS' SOUTH SEAS BROADCASTING, INC. in exchange for forgiveness of $13,000 in debt.  The seller is also an officer and stockholder in the buyer.

In other FCC filings, GRAND CANYON GATEWAY BROADCASTING, LLC has applied to the FCC for an extension of its Silent STA for KYET/GOLDEN VALLEY, AZ as the station moves from WILLIAMS, AZ.

And CALVARY RADIO NETWORK, INC. has applied to the FCC for an extension of its Silent STA for FM translator W254BG/WARSAW, IN while it seeks a new site.
