Steel Magnolia Has The #1-Selling Country Album On iTunes

BIG MACHINE duo STEEL MAGNOLIA’s self-titled debut album claimed the #1 spot on the iTUNES Country Albums Chart just 12 hours after its release on TUESDAY (1/11). The album remains at the top spot TODAY (1/14), three days after its release.

The duo, which consists of JOSHUA SCOTT JONES and MEGHAN LINSEY, have been all over the media recently, with profiles in the NEW YORK TIMES, USA TODAY, on the FOX NEWS CHANNEL, LADIES HOME JOURNAL and COUNTRY WEEKLY. 

Next up, STEEL MAGNOLIA will perform at the RYMAN AUDITORIUM in NASHVILLE next TUESDAY, JANUARY 18th at 7:30p (CT) for a special “OPRY At The RYMAN” show as part of the ACM SHOWCASE concert special. The ACM SHOWCASE will be airing on GAC-TV on JANUARY 27th at 10p (ET).

JOSH and MEGHAN are up for “Top Vocal Group Or Duo” at the 46th Annual ACM AWARDS on APRIL 3rd, and fans can vote for them beginning JANUARY 27th at www.voteacm.com. They’ll also be hitting the road with REPRISE/NASHVILLE artist BLAKE SHELTON beginning JANUARY 28th at LaCROSSE CENTER ARENA in LaCROSSE, WI.
