SCOTT SAVAGE, receiver for TAMA BROADCASTING, is selling WHJX/BALDWIN, FL-JACKSONVILLE to WEST JACKSONVILLE BAPTIST CHURCH, INC. for $1 million.

In other deals filed with the FCC, HEALTH AND HAPPINESS RADIO is donating the construction permit for noncommercial FM WHMF/MARIANNA, FL to RADIO 74 INTERNATIONAL.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF TUCSON, INC. is selling FM translator K243BH/LORDSBURG, NM to SKYWEST MEDIA LLC for $1,500.

In a musical chairs-like series of transactions involving noncommercial FM construction permits, AIRWAVES FOR JESUS, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM in BETHANY, MO to CALVARY IOWA CITY for $2,500.  CALVARY IOWA CITY is in turn selling the construction permit for a new FM at IOWA FALLS, IA to GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH OF AMARILLO for $2,500, and GRACE is selling the CP for a new FM at ANTLERS, OK to AIRWAVES FOR JESUS for $2,500 as well.  GRACE is then selling the construction permit for a new FM at SNYDER, TX to BASALT OF THE EARTH, INC. for $1,000, and BASALT is selling the CP for a new FM at SMITHS GROVE, KY to GRACE for $1,000.

OCEAN SIDE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new FM at MINOOKA, IL to SILVER FISH BROADCASTING, INC. for $5,000.

Requesting extensions of Silent STAs are EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. (W259AK/SWAINSBORO, GA) and CHURCH PLANTERS OF AMERICA (W237BO/TABOR CITY, NC, W236BP/LAURINBURG, NC).

MALVERN ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION has applied for a silent STA for KFXV/KENSETT, AR.

And EAST FROM WEST MINISTRIES is applying for a new Class A FM at TEHACHAPI, CA.
