KIT MANN, exits HORIZON BROADCASTING/BEND, OR and moves to CHADRAD COMMUNICATIONS/CHADRON, NE as PD/morning show host for a brand new signal in the market. MANN will oversee the formation and sign-on of rocker, with pending calls of KBPY.
