ALL ACCESS has learned that CLEAR CHANNEL/HARTFORD OM TODD THOMAS will officially name former SOUTH CENTRAL Top 40 WSTO/EVANSVILLE PD STAN "THE MAN" PRIEST as the new PD at Top 40 WKSS (KISS 95.7). PRIEST will officially begin on MAY 1st, and he replaces RICK VAUGHN who moved on to accept the PD post at sister Top 40 WIOQ (Q102)/PHILADELPHIA.
