ROBERT J. and KATHERINE M. BOHN have been fined a total of $21,000 -- $7,000 for each of three stations -- by the FCC for late license renewal applications and unauthorized subsequent operation of Country KCNQ/KERNVILLE, CA and Classic Hits KVLI-F and Talk KQAB-A/LAKE ISABELLA, CA.  The same violation earned APPLIED LIFE MINISTRIES, INC. a $5,600 fine at noncommercial Contemporary Christian KALR/HOT SPRINGS, AR.

But the Commission canceled a $10,000 fine against CUMBERLAND COMMUNITIES COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION for public file violations at WDVX/CLINTON, TN because the alleged violations occurred more than a year before the notice.
