REGENT COMMUNICATIONS/CHICO, CA has upped Country KALF PD SCOTT MICHAELS to OM. Aside from handling the day-to-day programming for KALF, SCOTT will also oversee Classic Rock KFMF, Top 40/Rhythmic KZAP and Hot AC KQPT.
Additionally, REGENT welcomes RICK ANDERSON as the new PD for KFMF and KQPT.
