ROGER and NANCY ANDERSON's FLAGSTAFF RADIO, LLC is buying 100% of the stock of GUYANN CORP, owner of Classic Country KAFF-A, Country KAFF-F, and Classic Rock KMGN (93.1 THE MOUNTAIN)/FLAGSTAFF and Classic Country KNOT-A and Soft AC KTMG (MAGIC 99.1)/PRESCOTT, AZ, from the estate of GUY CHRISTIAN for $6.7 million ($4.8 million cash, the rest in a promissory note).

In other deals filed with the FCC, VALLEY BROADCASTERS, INC. is selling Country KAPS-A and Classic Hits KBRC-A/MOUNT VERNON, WA and FM translator K271AH/CAMANO, WA to J & J BROADCASTING, INC. for $1.15 million.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF COSTA MESA, INC. is selling noncommercial Religion KYMS/RATHDRUM, ID and FM translator K233BD/ST. MARIES, ID to LEGACY BROADCASTING, INC. for $300,000 in a promissory note.

TRI-COUNTY RADIO, INCORPORATED is selling the construction permit for a new FM in TWO RIVERS, WI to MIDWEST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $200,000.

DAVID N. COURTNEY is selling Religion WBCE-A/WICKLIFFE, KY to Rev. WENDELL D. GRAY for $105,000.

BIBLE BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. is selling Religion WYFY-A/ROME, NY to TUNE IN BROADCASTING, LLC, with the license sold for $20,000 and the real estate for $70,000.

CHARLES W. EMORY, JR. has been appointed involuntary receiver for COMUNIDAD CRISTIANA INTERNATIONAL, licensee of silent  WPJF-A/GREENVILLE, SC.

RIDGECREST SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH is donating the construction permit for noncommercial KRSR/RIDGECREST, CA to RADIO 74 INTERNATIONALE for no consideration.

And WILLIAM T. SHANNON has requested a silent STA for FM translator W285AI/ERIE, PA pending sale and move of the facility.

Chattanooga Deal Closes

TENNESSEE TEMPLE UNIVERSITY has closed on the purchase of Religion WDYN-A (formerly WUUS-A)/ROSSVILLE-CHATTANOOGA, TN from GARY BURNS' 3 DAUGHTERS MEDIA for $175,000.  EDDIE ESSERMAN of MEDIA SERVICES GROUP exclusively represented the buyer in the deal.
