GAC To Premiere 'Kenny Rogers: The First 50 Years' March 8th

GAC-TV will premiere a special celebrating Country great KENNY ROGERS in “KENNY ROGERS: The First 50 Years,” on TUESDAY, MARCH 8th at 8:30p (ET). 

The show will feature performances from artists that ROGERS has both befriended and inspired, including DOLLY PARTON, LIONEL RICHIE, ALISON KRAUSS, TIM McGRAW, SMOKEY ROBINSON, BILLY CURRINGTON, DARIUS RUCKER, WYNONNA, CHRIS ISAAK, THE OAK RIDGE BOYS, SHEENA EASTON, original members of the FIRST EDITION and more.

Concurrently, KENNY will release a second album through CRACKER BARREL OLD COUNTRY STORES, called “The Love Of God,” on MONDAY, MARCH 7th. The CD is an inspirational collection of classic songs that ROGERS remembers from his childhood, along with new recordings of contemporary songs. THE WHITES and WINFIELD’S LOCKET are also featured on two tracks on the album.
