The son of the world's third richest man has purchased 2.8% of UNIVISION. CARLOS SLIM DOMIT, son of CARLOS SLIM HELU, bought 8.5 million shares last month at an average of $33.83/share ($288 million aggregate) through his IMMOBILIARIA CARSO company, according to an SEC filing. He also serves as a board member of Mexican TV giant and UNIVISION shareholder TELEVISA, which is not involved with SLIM DOMIT's purchase.
