FAITH ENTERPRISES, INC. is selling Religion WZOO-A/ASHEBORO, NC to RCR OF RANDOLPH COUNTY, LTD. for $5,000 and release of a promissory note with $285,297 left outstanding. The buyer is programming the station under a time brokerage agreement.

In other filings with the FCC, TIGHTROPE BROADCASTING, INC. is selling the construction permit for a new noncommercial FM in EUREKA, KS to LIGHTWAVE, INC. for $2.

VOX COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, LLC is requesting an extension of its Silent STA for WAVK/MARATHON, FL due to financial considerations.

And in a deal yet to be filed with the FCC, the SISKIYOU DAILY NEWS reports that a local group, BUFFALO BROADCASTING, headed by MARK and CYNDI BAIRD, is buying Country KSYC-F/YREKA, CA from JAMISON-WOLF ENTERPRISES, INC. for an undisclosed price. A previous deal to sell the station to JEFFERSON PUBLIC RADIO's JPR FOUNDATION fell through in DECEMBER in the face of resistance from the SISKIYOU COUNTY Board of Supervisors.

Also, NETWORK OF GLORY, INC. has closed on the sale of the construction permit for noncommercial FM KYAH/MANHATTAN. KS to GREAT PLAINS CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. for $74,000.  KALIL AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the deal.
