Former FCC Chairman MICHAEL POWELL has been elected Rector of his alma mater, the COLLEGE OF WILLIAM AND MARY. POWELL, who left the FCC last year, was formerly Vice Rector of the school and has been chosen to fill the final 13 months of departing Rector SUSAN MAGILL's term.
